The carrier design, made of three pipes in a triangular configuration, enhances stability and strength, while the machine’s compact footprint, under 3.5’ x 2.2’ in total floor space, provides high-density storage without sacrificing valuable workspace.
This unit utilizes the proven strapping head perfected in PAC Strapping’s best-selling PSM1412-IC3A, ensuring dependable operation and value. Engineered for flexibility, the machine supports package sizes as small as 3.25”W x 1.25”H, tire sizes up to 44” in standard models, and package weights up to 130 lbs. It applies strap tensions ranging from 10 to 100 lbs. at a cycle speed of 2.5 seconds per cycle. Measuring 26.5”W x 41”D x 64”H with a table height adjustable between 15” and 27”, the PSM1412-S-ST adapts to various production settings. It is compatible with 3/8” to 1/2” strapping, available with an 8×8 or 9×8 core, and operates on standard 110V, single phase 50/60 Hz power.
